Product Data Requirements
The following
information is required to ensure accurate set-up of items in our database.

Seller
Part Number (VPN) – The exact part number that will be on packing slip, invoice,
and each carton.

Description
– Product description (e.g. Cup, plastic, 8 oz., red, striped).

Material
– What material(s) the product is made of; this is a required export field for NAFTA.

Unit of
Measure – The shipping unit of measure for the item (e.g. case, each) and the invoice
unit of measure that the product is billed on your invoice (e.g. each, case, dozen).

Product
Dimensions – Must have the length, width, and height of the individual item.

Product
Weight – The weight of the shipping unit of measure (assumes lbs). Please note the weight and the quantity per shipping unit of measure (e.g.
9 # per case of 24 or .375# per each).

Packaging
(Master Pack/Inner Pack) – Note how the product ships and invoices. If more than 1 piece per case pack, are the individual units “whole” units
or are there multiple pieces in the same carton that need to be put together (i.e.,
is any assembly required)? Items that
ship in multiple boxes will not be stored in Hubert’s warehouse these items must
be direct ship items to Hubert’s customer via FedEx Ground if possible.

Pricing
– Your net price per the invoice unit of measure (List price can be noted). To maintain pricing integrity in our
publications, we require that all Sellers hold their product costs consistent
for the duration of the catalog. In
the case of new items the cost must be held for 12-18 months based on catalog production
schedule. Prior to each subsequent
catalog printing, you will have the opportunity to review and adjust costs. Failure to confirm costs when requested
will result in a reduction of Hubert’s marketing support of your product line.

Minimum
Order Requirements – quantity per item, per order, dollar amount, and weight – Please
specify.

Lead Time
– The average number of days it takes to ship the product from receipt of Purchase
Order.

Shipping
(for individual product or case) – Can the product be shipped complete within one
box (if No then # of boxes)?
Is the
product a truck ship small package item (if Oversize, please specify)?

Product
Certifications – Advise if product is approved by UL, NSF, etc.

NAFTA
Country of Origin – The country of where an item is manufactured or where the majority
of its components originate. The assembly
of an item in a country does not render it as originating in that same country. If United States, also provide the state.
U.S. Customs law requires that each product MUST
have the English name of the Country of Origin (COO) clearly marked on each individual
item in a conspicuous place as legibly and permanently as nature of the article
permits. Product shipping directly
to Hubert from outside North America
must also be marked with country of origin on the inner and master cartons.
